Valley Pain Specialists participates with many commercial insurances, HMO's, and Medicare. We also handle worker's compensation cases and automobile insurance where applicable. You are encouraged to check with your insurance carrier to determine your responsibilities for obtaining proper referral and co-pay requirements.

Payment will be expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Always bring your insurance cards and driver's license to the office with each visit. Personal checks, Visa, and Mastercard are also accepted.
